Headquartered in Luxembourg, MACH has offices in 12 countries and employs more than 1,000 people worldwide serving over 650 customers, including CSP’s like Orange, Vodafone, TDC, Cable & Wireless, Verizon, Microsoft and Nokia, as well as enterprise messaging customers like KLM.

We are currently looking for an experienced Online Tool Manager.

The role will be based in one of our Indian Offices (Hyberadad or Bangalore).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all online/digital marketing activities, incl. web, email, mobile, etc.
  • Maintain, improve and further develop of the website www.mach.com as well as any affiliated sites (incl. microsites) in terms of content, functionality, layout; this also accounts for the intranet MACH Navigator
  • Provide regular reporting for online marketing initiatives
  • Handle social media activities, incl. blogs
  • Create initiatives aiming at driving traffic to our websites
  • Analyze data, determine insights, and develop initiatives to optimize the user experience
  • Track and measure online advertizing and promotional programs
  • Design and implement test strategies and creative to optimize results
  • Hands-on optimization, incl. keyword/phrase research, site structure, page construction, and SEO copywriting
  • Optimize various web site components incl. title tags, meta-descriptions, key word density, internal linking, site map, etc.
  • Manage SEO (organic and paid) projects
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and opportunities
  • Manage content management system
  • Manage online media planning in cooperation with campaign and event responsible
  • Deliver digital marketing components for campaigns, events, branding, and pr activities as well as sales support, e.g. email templates and html files, landing pages, microsites, links, download carts, forms, registration pages, flash animations, etc.
  • Ensure connectivity to other systems, e.g. CRM
  • Advise in the development of online creative ideas, campaigns, and advertising
  • Manage and produce customer email newsletter
Required Skills and Background
  • Degree in online marketing or similar education
  • Minimum. 5 years experience in online marketing / web development or similar
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies (HTML, Flash, Java, XML, etc.)
  • knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
  • Ability to apply marketing and business strategies to web presence
  • Ability to integrate and translate traditional marketing activities to web
  • Experience with social media marketing
  • International experience is an asset
  • B2B experience is an asset
  • Pro-active self-starter, who can work well independently as well as in a team
  • Solid analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to tight deadlines
  • Creative, flexible, and feeling at home in the virtual, online world
  • Hands-on mentality with a well-organized, structured style of working
