As a refresher, the seminar will start with the Roaming Principles, which covers the basics of roaming; from the GSM network to a general overview of IREG and TADIG.
As the GSM Roaming Industry is currently moving towards the concept of ‘Open Connectivity’. we will provide you with an overview and show what this can bring to your business. On a more business level, we go into detail on how to improve your roaming planning and processes and how to increase margin by adapting your wholesale and/or retail pricing plan. In order to further enhance your roaming revenues we will give an overview on how to protect these by means of Fraud and Revenue Assurance matters. The last day we will deliver a product training course on Data Clearing (Daily Operational Procedures).
During all days, theory is combined with practical exercises.
