This Training Seminar gives an overview of all major parts of the Roaming business. Starting with the basics of Roaming, we continue with how to best negotiate your IOT with your roaming partners. We give examples of negotiation strategies and show how this can make a difference in the retail pricing. As Fraud is still a topic that needs a lot of attention, we will show what Operators can do to prevent this the best ways possible, as well as what is being discussed on the GSMA level. For people involved in the roaming billing process we give an overview of TAP and its latest version as well as a detailed description on how to perform TADIG testing for GSM. The seminar is finished with a day on how to launch GPRS, CAMEL Prepaid Roaming and 3G, by means of the network, the roaming agreement and the testing process.
During all days, theory is combined with practical exercises.
