The roaming business is influenced by many factors such as Industry Standards, ever-changing procedures developed by the GSM Association and new technologies and services.
In order to help its clients, MACH has developed some tools and services to gain efficiency and profitability.
These Product Training courses are aimed at operational staff dealing with TAP file transfers and RAP disputes, the One1Clear Financial Clearing Platform or the MACH NRTRDE Solution. Our trainer will guide you through the operational procedures and interfaces that exist between the client and MACH. As an introduction to the Roaming Business we start the Training Seminar with a ‘Roaming Principles Course’.
