The roaming business is influenced by many factors such as Industry Standards, ever-changing procedures developed by the GSM Association and new technologies and services.
The Roaming Principles Course provides an introduction to the Roaming Industry with short overview of the major components of roaming – Roaming will be covered from different angles, from TAP to the Architecture and from the Roaming Agreement to ‘hot topics’ like Roaming Fraud.
The course consists of presentations and an interactive workshop.
This will be a basis for people to start working in the roaming team or for people who are working in another field which is related to roaming.
