MACH Adds Simon McDowell and John Ryan to Leadership Group

New SVP & GM and Head of Sales emphasize customer-first approach


LUXEMBOURG, January 21, 2026 –
MACH, the clearing and settlement optimization expert of over 30 years, is proud to announce the additions of Simon McDowell as its new Senior Vice President & General Manager and John Ryan as its new Head of Sales. Simon McDowell brings over 20 years of leadership experience to the role, having previously held senior roles at mFormation, Nokia, Motive, and TMD. John Ryan joins us with over 25 years of sales experience. After serving in the Royal Navy, John began in sales at Ericsson before taking on sales leadership roles at Openmind Networks, Capana, and, most recently, Enghouse Networks. Both McDowell and Ryan bring with them a customer-first approach to decision-making at MACH.
