Purpose
MACH stands for Multinational Automated Clearing House. Our goal is to enable more automation, allowing business, operational, and financial users to negotiate, execute, and settle optimal wholesale agreements effectively. We assist our customers in successfully transitioning from legacy to the newest settlement processes according to industry standards. We aim to constantly evolve roaming global services to drive more enterprise business and revenues.

MACH offers clearing optimization services with comprehensive visibility and automation across all stages of the agreement lifecycle for mobile operators worldwide. We have invested significant efforts in user experience to drive efficiency, allowing roaming managers and financial users to do more without increasing efforts. Our integrated wholesale application easily allows management of all types of commercial agreements, TAP, BCE, and IOT discounts, and the launch of innovative IoT and 5G roaming offerings.

Jean became a part of the MACH team in 2020, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge from the telecom sector, where he has worked with both mobile operators and service providers. His career includes high-level roles at notable companies such as Syniverse, BICS, and Vodafone Roaming Services, and just before joining MACH, Jean served as the CCO of Nextgen Clearing. With a deep commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction, Jean leads MACH Clearing initiatives with a focus on delivering unparalleled quality and maintaining a professional stance in every aspect of the operation.
Giacomo started in the roaming industry back in 2005 when he first joined MACH. He started as the customer service manager before transitioning trough different roles within the operational side of the organization. He has a 360 degree view of the Clearing process framework, from TAP file generation to the retail and wholesale settlement lifecycle. Dedicated to customer solutions, Giacomo prioritizes satisfaction within MACH's operational activities.
Kolappa brings over two decades of software engineering experience, specializing in crafting robust data solutions for enterprise systems. His passion lies at the crossroads of technology and strategy, where he transforms abstract ideas into impactful software solutions. Throughout his career, he has led cross-functional teams at JP Morgan, Tech Mahindra, and AQR Investment, delivering cutting-edge products. As an R&D head, he champions innovation and cultivates a DevOps culture, turning intricate challenges into collaborative triumphs.
